Our mission is to provide art therapy and creative wellness solutions that support emotional well-being, reduce stress and anxiety, and encourage healthy cognitive and emotional development.<br>This business was born from my own personal journey. After struggling with depression for most of my life, I attended a life-changing therapy retreat that opened my eyes to the healing power of creativity and self-expression. Through art and creative activities, I discovered healthier ways to manage emotions, reduce stress, and reconnect with myself. That experience inspired me to create a business dedicated to helping others find comfort, healing, and joy through creativity.<br>My passion for this work became even deeper after experiencing serious birthing complications during the birth of my son. His journey inspired me to focus not only on emotional healing for adults, but also on supporting children\u2019s development in fun, engaging, and meaningful ways. As a mother, I now understand how important it is to nurture both emotional wellbeing and early learning, which is why we also offer educational and sensory-focused toys and activities designed to encourage creativity, development, and connection for little ones.<br>At Creative Calm Art, we support the whole family. <br>We believe that creativity is more than just art \u2014 it is a pathway to healing, confidence, learning, and emotional well-being.
